Here's an update on the latest happenings, although most of you are on facebook, so you know what's going on anyway. In February I decided to move into my own apartment. Living with Rick and Holly has been fun, but it was time to go out on my own. I'm renting a really nice one bedroom apartment in Summerlin, a nicer area of Las Vegas. It has a really neat layout and I even have my own garage. Mike and I are really enjoying the pool and managed to paint an accent wall in the living room.
For Valentine's Day, Mike was super thoughtful and remembered that my favorite flowers are daffodils...
For spring break, we mostly just hung out in Las Vegas, but we did go to Knott's Berry Farm for a few days. We had a blast, but the best part actually came the next night when Mike proposed! For those that aren't in Las Vegas, here's a picture of the ring...
We haven't made really any plans yet, but we'll keep everyone posted. As of right now, we are thinking of getting married this summer, but haven't figured out a date yet. Details to come! 
On a completely unrelated note, it was Joe's birthday the other day. He is completely obsessed with owls for some reason, so I made him these cupcakes...
Some of us went out to dinner, and Joe had this crazy cake made. It has a chocolate bundt cake on the bottom, drizzled with chocolate. It's surrounded by chocolate covered twinkies and a bunch of cinnamon roll caramel apples! It was really heavy, but it sure did taste good!
